Ever since January 2005 when I first read Wayne Dyer's amazing book, "The Power of Intention," I have been on the path to self-discovery and a more peaceful, reflective existence. I have no silence retreats to my credit...yet!...but I do a lot of reading and thinking about making the most of whatever time I have on this planet. Every once in awhile I come across a book or a film or even a post on Facebook or Twitter that I think could benefit us all. You can count on me to share those ideas with you and I hope you'll do the same.
Many of my posts will likely relate to the process of creating the Inspiration Kit that I talk about on this site's home page. I'm excited to create and assemble the content and am look forward to including you in the process through posts like these and the occasional video. I'm also keen to hear your feedback, and I'm sure that with your perspective, insight, and suggestions, the finished product will be something more amazing than I can even imagine!
As an aside, I'm a big fan of clarity and simplicity, so I expect most of my posts will be quite short. Onward!
